WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM

Redbud Tiny Home & RV Resort is located at 33830 S 4310 Rd, Big Cabin, Oklahoma, 74332, USA.  

I, the undersigned, recognize that entering the Redbud Tiny Home & RV Resort property and/or the disc golf course on the property includes exposure to potentially harmful hazards including, but not limited to: flying discs, sharp branches and sticks on the ground and on the trees, uneven and varied terrain, and domestic and wild animals.

I understand that as a condition of using or visiting the property, I fully and completely release and discharge Redbud Tiny Home & RV Resort, its owners Anthony Spandrio Sr, Laura Spandrio, Steve Walsh, Anthony Spandrio Jr, Tricia Kus, and their family members, employees, agents, sponsors and contractors (henceforth known as the Indemnitees) from any and all liability and obligation of any kind or nature for injury to or death to me or any visitors or relatives I bring with me or to any animal owned by me, or for loss or damage to my property arising during, in connection with or in any way related to my use of the property and/or participation in any events from any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE INDEMNITEES, OR ANY OF THEM.  Further, I agree to INDEMNIFY and hold the Indemnitees, and each of them, harmless from any and all liability or obligation of any kind or nature for injury to or death of any person or damage to any property caused by me, or in any way related to or in connection with my use of the property or participation in any event, including, but in no way limited to, damage to the property of the Indemnitees. The release and indemnity set forth in this document (a) shall be binding on me, and person or entity claiming by, through, or under me, my heirs, executors, administrators, legal and personal representatives, successors and assigns; and (b) shall inure to the benefit of the Indemnitees, their heirs, executors, administrators, legal and personal representatives, successors and assigns. Further, I understand and agree that I am and will be responsible for acts of any minor/animals admitted to the property and/or event with me or over whom I have control.  If I am the parent/owner or legal guardian of any minor/animals present at the property and/or event, the release set forth above is also given for such minor in my capacity as the parent or legal guardian/owner of such minor/animal, and the indemnity set forth above shall extend to any injury, death, or damage caused by such minor/animal.

I have received a copy of the rules (see reverse side of page) and have read them. I acknowledge that I will follow all of them. I understand that this is private property and that I will not vend any products without the permission of the owners. I will throw litter only in garbage cans and not pollute the property, the roadside or any neighboring properties.  I will not bring any illegal drugs, firearms or weapons of any kind on the property.  I will not smoke anywhere on the property or the disc golf course, except for in front of the laundry room. This waiver will remain in effect from the date below, at any time that I am on the Redbud Tiny Home & RV Resort property including the disc golf course.

Redbud Tiny Home & RV Resort Disc Golf Course Rules

• Absolutely NO smoking anywhere on the disc golf course. The risk of fire hazard is simply too great. If you have to smoke, you may do this in front of the laundry room.  Please make sure all butts are properly put out before leaving the premises.
• No fires or fireworks of any sort to be set on the property.
• Do not hurt or kill any wildlife, domestic or wild, on the property. Do not willfully damage or remove any trees, shrubs or flowering plants on the course.

• No littering of any kind. Separate your garbage into compost, waste and recyclables and put it in the appropriate containers at the laundry room or at the containers provided at the tees along the course.

• You are responsible for your dog while it is on Redbud Tiny Home & RV Resort property including the disc golf course. It must be under your direct control at all times, and within your eyesight. Please make sure it is not a threat to other players or other animals, both domestic and wild.  Remember that some people are afraid of dogs and leash yours accordingly. Don’t forget to pick up after it (you know what we mean!). Bags are provided at the entrance to the course for this purpose.
• Course admission is $5.00 per person per day to play this course, for everyone over the age of 12. Also there is a fee of an additional $3.00 to borrow a bag and discs while you are on the property. Please see the Camp Host located in RV site #4.
• All bags and discs must be left with the Camp Host at RV site #4 before you leave the property. Your borrowed bag and discs should be clean and tidy, and put back where you got it. Do not take additional discs from other rental bags.
• If you lose a borrowed disc on the course, please leave a note on the bag or tell the Camp Host noting the details requested, after you finish playing and before you leave the property.
• Do not mark in any way or paint on signs, trees, clubhouse, tees, or anywhere else on the property.
• Please stay on the disc golf course and do not enter any Tiny Homes or disturb our RV guests.
• Don’t touch the fences – they are electric and will give you a shock if you do so.
• The fences are meant to keep livestock in, so please do not open any gates. If you find a field gate open, please inform an owner.
